Look at the USS Teddy Roosevelt. This is likely a best case since these are very healthy individuals with limited observable pre-existing conditions. 3 out of 1,156 positive cases were hospitalized according to Wikipedia, but I recall reading an earlier article that it got up to 8 or 9 total. The man who died was 41 years old, but I don’t know any of his circumstances. He could have been perfectly healthy.
